**Job Summary**
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating contracts to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop sourcing strategies, and execute contracts that meet our business needs. **Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that maximize the value of our professional services spend
* Build and maintain relationships with key executives, advisors, and industry experts to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
* Lead deal negotiations, RFPs, and RFIs to secure the best possible terms and conditions for arenaflex
* Develop and execute contracts that meet our business needs, ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop sourcing strategies, and execute contracts
* Develop and maintain subject-matter expertise in professional services sourcing, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop sourcing strategies, and execute contracts
* Develop and execute performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices
* Communicate and document to control the reputation of any significant outside relationships that would impact planning and decision-making
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements that meet our business needs
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment, with a strong focus on internal client awareness and stakeholder management
* Experience working with a legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
* Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including contract negotiation and management
* Basic knowledge of legal terms and conditions, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a business context
* Experience working with companies that offer consulting and advisory services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
* Professional services sourcing history, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
