Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, providing a seamless experience for our customers. * Utilizing internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, staying connected and informed throughout the day. * Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, helping us optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth. **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is proud of the results. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box, always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver exceptional results. As a sensitive and skillful communicator, you'll adapt your tone and style to suit your audience, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll be eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, juggling multiple tasks with ease while remaining organized and attentive to detail. **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to: * Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, which can be accessed through any web browser but works best with Google Chrome. * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you'll fulfill your shifts. * Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT. * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season. * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router; a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided. * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). **Extra Credit:** While not required, customer service experience and experience working from home are highly valued in this role. **About Us:** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace that's inclusive, equitable, and fun.
