**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence team on the West Coast. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, building and executing hiring strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to drive results. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for post-sales roles within Customer Excellence, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
* Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business objectives, including building relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members
* Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies, interview processes, and candidate selection
* Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
* Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
* Lead or contribute to multiple internal projects, including talent pipeline development and recruitment process improvements
* Mentor other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis
* Other responsibilities as assigned
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting complex sales roles (post or pre)
* Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions
* Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
* Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
* Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
* Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Experience with recruitment marketing, including social media and content creation
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
