**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented bilingual (preferred) customer service representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service solutions to our clients, managing large volumes of inbound calls, and making consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas. **Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions**
* Manage large volumes of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
* Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
* Ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
* Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
* Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience
* Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required
* Experience working with an automatic dialer
* Pleasant phone demeanor
* Computer literate
* Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
