As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient care outcomes, and ensuring consistency of clinical services. You will work closely with our clinical networks, patients, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care services. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services * Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient care outcomes * Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting * Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact of the organization * Fill in as an educated authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders * Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure * Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes * Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives * Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance * Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership * Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities * Advances cooperation and spurs pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity * Conducts data and clinical audits and making vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions * Reviews medication records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment * Provides individualized patient/provider discussion * Through utilization of exceptional interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board to pharmacy concerns * Provides input regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including comments from patients as the value of individual consults * Responsible for all inquiries, discussed, and provides which relate directly to patient treatment * Provides clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary * Performs other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management * Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives * Complies with organization policies and procedures including all HIPAA rules/guidelines * Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations **Essential Capabilities** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when escalating issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of payers * Knowledge of PC operating systems including Rite Aid, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Remote work opportunities * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
