**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex to our customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* **Minimum Experience Required:**
+ 1+ years of experience preferred
* **Required Skills:**
+ Computer literacy
+ Problem-solving and decision-making
+ Attention to detail
+ Multi-tasking
+ Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
* **Preferred Skills:**
+ Customer service experience and/or training
* **Essential Functions:**
+ Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
