You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly pay, bonuses, and benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and order processing * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts * Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of our services * Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating system * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues * Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation * Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Strong team orientation and customer focus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Sales experience or training * Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Experience with data entry and order processing * Basic knowledge of IT services and technical support **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and customers * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic knowledge of IT services and technical support * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
