Devices must have Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and an Ethernet LAN connection for Internet. So no need to head into an office, you can work in any quiet & confidential space of your home. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
