**Your Role**
As a Customer Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth in the FSOP market. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing a portfolio of FSOP Key Account customers and an assigned traditional FSOP Channel
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure highest-level customer service and performance
* Establishing strong existing customer relationships with new and existing customers
* Partnering with leadership to continually improve partnerships with clients and build new clients
* Maximizing performance potential within FSOP Customer and Channel portfolio and achieving targeted objectives
* Full responsibility for portfolio of existing customer relationships for traditional FSOP Key Accounts
* Developing our existing customer base while expanding our FSOP outlet universe
* Negotiating contracts for new business and re-negotiating contracts for existing business
* Overseeing FSOP Channel performance for an assigned Channel and creating Channel-specific programs
* Executing forecasting process for an assigned FSOP Channel to ensure accurate forecasting of key metrics
* Providing feedback on marketplace conditions and identifying opportunities to close gaps in volume, price, profit, and net outlets
* Conducting post-promotional analysis and making necessary changes to price/package plan
* Monitoring business performance for gaps versus plan and leading development of contingencies and gap solves
* Leading the development and achievement of comprehensive annual and multi-year business plans for customers and an assigned FSOP Channel
* Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the FSOP Channel and participating in select key senior management customer calls
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5-8 years of experience in the consumer goods industry
* Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
* Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills
* Experience in the FSOP, DSD, and/or Beverage category preferred
* Knowledge of fountain, vending, and on-premise products and their maximum business relationship
* Strong driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years

Travel is estimated to be 25% to 35% primarily within the arenaflex territory.
