**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced data entry operator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a data entry operator, you'll be responsible for accurately keying data into our system, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. **Responsibilities**
As a data entry operator, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately keying a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or typing 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate
* 10-key by touch
* Maintaining knowledge of production processes in assigned area
* Proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output
* Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with assigned team leader, work associates, and the client
* Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.49 - $18.5 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
**Shift and Work Hours**
The shift for this position is 3rd shift, with work hours from 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth and development.
