As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, while guiding members through our features to ensure an optimal user experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner * Providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, ensuring that members have a seamless experience * Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring an optimal user experience * Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems to maintain accurate records * Collaborating with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, driving continuous growth and innovation **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Residency**: Must be based in the United States * **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent * **Experience**: + 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred) + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus) * **Skills**: + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously **Schedule & Benefits** As a part-time remote employee, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
