**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate their financial services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Help clients navigate their financial services, including 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
* Provide education and resources to clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Shifts and Hours**
* Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST)
