**Job Overview**
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer service queries, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You'll be responsible for responding to customer service queries, managing customer communication, and reviewing customer feedback. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service**: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message.
* **Customer Communication**: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service.
* **Review Management**: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.
* **Other Opportunities**: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms.
**Requirements**
* **Experience**: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.
* **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) are a plus.
* **Remote Work**: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
