**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:** Model and convey a great customer experience, registering deals on assigned sales registers, and providing clients with friendly, fair, and efficient checkout services.
* **Client Experience:** Attract and engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services. Resolve client issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* **Data Entry:** Enter data accurately and efficiently, processing voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as necessary.
* **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory levels, checking in and costing stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or shift leader.
* **Store Operations:** Execute organization resource security strategies to identify and limit benefit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding managed items.
* **Visual Merchandising:** Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and updates as directed.
* **Photography Services:** Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo services, banner print, and creative machine services.
* **Web Orders:** Take on web order responsibilities, screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests (pick items), and delivering requests to clients as they arrive at the store.
* **Store Maintenance:** Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance.
* **Special Tasks:** Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Eagerness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
