**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our L&D team in Alphaville. This role will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing effective learning reports for our top-performing call center sellers and leaders. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Latham crew and global CS learning and development team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop effective learning reports to improve call center performance
* Collaborate with the Latham crew and global CS learning and development team to drive business growth
* Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
