**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry & Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:
### Data Entry & Management
* Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval, using cloud-based storage solutions.
* Review and correct data as needed, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
### Administrative Support
* Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, ensuring seamless communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
* Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
### Document Handling
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Scan, file, and store documents in a digital format, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
### Record Keeping
* Maintain up-to-date records for administrative and operational tasks, using cloud-based storage solutions and project management tools.
* Support other departments with basic administrative needs as necessary, providing a high level of service and support.
### Communication
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, providing regular updates and feedback.
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, using strong written and verbal communication skills.
### Other Duties

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related field, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software, including cloud-based storage solutions and project management tools.
* Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
