As a key member of our Marketing Center of Excellence, you'll play a vital role in supporting the DX businesses by ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of various budgetary tasks. **About the Role & Team** Our Customer Engagement Budget Management team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to work independently, multi-task, and challenge assumptions to make recommendations to the team, partners, and senior leaders. As a CE Budget Manager (Project Hire), you'll serve as a liaison between the global marketing teams and various finance teams, providing strategic, financial, and analytical leadership by developing positive relationships and outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities** As a CE Budget Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Facilitating invoice payments and supervising and analyzing payment data in various platforms * Assisting with the handling of purchase orders and the processing of postage checks for executive approval and disbursement * Supporting the development of new tracking and reporting templates * Preparing tools and processes for future planning and analysis * Promoting the development and sustainment of team policy, procedure, and providing assistance in vital budget documentation, tracking, and reporting * Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests * Creating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations * Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives * Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates * Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an accomplished professional with: * 3+ years' work experience * Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development * Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas * Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management * Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills * Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies * Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments * Exposure to other tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront **Education** We're looking for candidates with a BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a rewards package to help you live your best life, including: * Health and savings benefits * Educational opportunities * Special extras that only arenaflex can provide * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career growth and development * A chance to work on exciting and innovative projects * A company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **Disability Accommodation for Employment Applications** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.
