**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the Owens Corning Security Standard is met and all health and safety requirements are fulfilled.
* Participating in plant TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) drives, completing tasks related to TPM assignments.
* Performing winder, EDL, and transport quality checks and documentation at designated times.
* Maintaining control boards, adjusting speed, delays, and other clocks as necessary.
* Interacting with plant workers to provide quality control (QC) data.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* A basic understanding of the product process.
* Assembly or process-related experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Ability to make decisions independently, with knowledge of leadership levels to seek support.
* Regular attendance on site and the ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
* A demonstrated commitment to safety.
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal direct supervision.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to investigate.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks.
* Basic science skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively (read, write, speak, understand) in English.
* Proficiency in using a computer to perform basic data entry.
* Willingness to remain drug-free.
* Ability to work in a clean/soiled/exhaust/fiberglass environment.
* Familiarity with modern manufacturing environments with extreme temperature variations.
* Ability to work in a noisy or loud environment (with hearing protection provided).
* Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for up to 12 hours.
* Ability to recognize variations and hiding.
* Ability to work flexible shift plans.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with quality control procedures.
* Knowledge of TPM principles.
* Experience working with computers and data entry systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
