**Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing alternatives to meet their needs
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions
* Performing data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Navigating online systems efficiently to verify nurses' credentials and facilitate their placement in healthcare facilities
* Working requests and records received for those requesting to sign up for shifts, identifying customers' needs, and researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials
* Skillfully transitioning between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
* Demonstrating flexibility to cross-train as requested and adapt to changing priorities
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy, with experience navigating online systems and software
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learning abilities and the ability to work independently
* Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
* Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Paid training of 3 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
* Full-time status, with 40 hours per week
