Our team is passionate about staying ahead of the curve, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner * Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department * Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions * Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution * Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team * Providing exceptional service to all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) * 2+ years of experience in a customer support role * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a similar role at a marketing agency or e-commerce company * Knowledge of CRM software and customer support platforms * Certification in customer support or a related field * Experience working with international customers or in a multicultural environment **Benefits** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Independent Contractor Agreement * Quarterly Performance Bonus * Monthly Performance Bonus * Health Insurance Reimbursement * WFH Upgrade Allowance * 15 Days Paid Time-Off * 6 Company-Wide Holidays * 6 Country Holidays * 100% Fully Remote work arrangement (9 AM - 5 PM CST) **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
