**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
* Strong knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus).
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Great telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
