**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

* Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email
* Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for various travel and accommodation services
* Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
