Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Engaging in awesome conversations that leave a lasting impression * Selling our amazing products and services to meet customer needs * Providing clear, confident, and concise communication on the phone * Deepening and retaining member relationships through needs assessment and empathy * Collaborating with team members to learn and grow together * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions * Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction * Aligning with arenaflex's Core Values and Mission in all interactions **Key Responsibilities** * Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Have awesome, engaging conversations that leave a lasting impression * Sell our amazing products and services to meet customer needs * Be clear, confident, and concise on the phone * Deepen and retain member relationships through needs assessment * Empathize with members and ask probing questions * Provide offers, solutions, and information to match customer needs * Save customers who are thinking about leaving us * Follow up with customers when promised * Collaborate with team members to help one another learn and grow * Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions * Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain alignment with Core Values and Mission of arenaflex in all interactions **Essential Qualifications** * Strong belief in the Second Amendment * Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary * Desire to WOW customers daily * Find Needs / Fill Needs orientation to customer interactions * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly * Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Ability to identify and resolve problems * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people * Empathetic approach to every conversation * Hunger to exceed expectations * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Energized by a variety of tasks and duties * Associate degree or higher preferred * Willingness to have fun with an awesome team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or sales * Knowledge of firearms and self-defense * Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work in a remote setting * Familiarity with CRM software **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans * 401k match * Access to a life coach * Annual stipend for self-defense purchases * Flexible casual dress environment * Remote work options * Complimentary USCCA Membership **Compensation** * Starting hourly wage is $18.00 per hour * Additional shift premiums $0.50 - $3.00 for weekend, evening, or third shifts * Advisors are also eligible for annual company bonuses **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and development * A comprehensive benefits package * A fun and engaging team culture * The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our members **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to join a team that's making a difference, apply now!
