**What You'll Do**
As a Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform
* Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase
* Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment
* Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
* Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience
* 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
* Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
* A reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
* A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
* A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
* The ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
