**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate and useful information
* Providing first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
* Documenting customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to speak, read, and write in English (advanced)
* The ability to work autonomously and drive your performance and development
* A team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks
* A passion for self-development, reflection, and openness to challenges
* Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues
* A strong interest in learning and understanding the e-commerce industry
* A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as "on-call" on a rotational basis
* E-commerce experience is a strong plus
