**Earnings Potential**
As an arenaflex contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Our flexible scheduling and competitive pay rates make it easy to earn a great income while working on your own terms.
**Schedule**
Our schedule is designed to accommodate your needs, with flexible hours available between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You'll have the freedom to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**: You'll be working with a range of clients who use QuickBooks Online, so it's essential that you have experience with this software.
* **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more.
* **Customer service experience**: You'll be working with clients who need help with their accounting software, so it's essential that you have excellent customer service skills and can deliver high-quality service over the phone.
* **Comfort with cross-selling**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell relevant products to our clients, so it's essential that you're comfortable with this aspect of the role.
* **Strong ownership of customer issues**: You'll need to be able to take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution.
* **Tech savvy**: You'll need to be comfortable working with technology and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
* **Friendly tone and professional demeanor**: You'll be working with clients over the phone, so it's essential that you have a friendly tone and professional demeanor.

**Technology Requirements**
To work as an arenaflex contractor, you'll need:
* **Personal computer**: You'll need a personal computer (no tablet) to work on.
* **Broadband internet connection**: You'll need a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
* **Wired internet connection**: You'll need a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
* **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: You'll need to have a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system installed on your computer.
* **Valid antivirus software**: You'll need to have valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
* **Wired USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a wired USB headset with microphone to communicate with clients.
* **Mac users**: Mac users will need to have an Intel-based machine with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
**Important Information**
To work as an arenaflex contractor, you'll need to:
* **Live and work from the United States**: You'll need to live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
* **Pass a criminal background check**: You'll need to successfully pass a criminal background check to work as an arenaflex contractor.
* **Agree to contractual terms**: You'll need to agree to the terms of our contractual relationship, which includes agreeing to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an arenaflex contractor, you'll be an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes and will not be eligible for benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, or health insurance. You'll also be responsible for your own equipment and software, and will need to meet the technology requirements outlined above.
**Job Type**
This is a contract role, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay rates.
**Pay**
The pay rate for this role is $15.30 - $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
