Your key responsibilities will include: * Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share * Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences * Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality * Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions to build trust and loyalty **What We Require (Essential Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure seamless customer experiences * Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to demonstrate empathy when working with customers to build trust and loyalty **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within healthcare technology, to bring a deeper understanding of our products and customers * Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to provide expert guidance and support * Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related fields to bring a unique perspective and expertise * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service to drive innovation and improvement * Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all customer interactions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and expertise.
