**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Representative - Customer Service and Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
* Assisting customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
* Communicating with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
* De-escalating and resolving customer issues as necessary
* Tracking all relevant call information for auditing purposes
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
