**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case. Your responsibilities will include:
* Recording and scheduling work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases
* Distributing cases to the appropriate department
* Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries, and notifying customers of delivery times when necessary
* Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management
