**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues and concerns, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons, and management
* Scheduling service and routine maintenance appointments
* Maintaining and updating customer records based on interactions
* Processing invoice payments
* Providing information about products and services
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services that benefit our customers
* Participating in in-house training on products and services needed by our customers and office software required to fulfill this position
* Additional duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office (required)
* Service Titan experience (a plus)
* The ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
* A passion for organizing, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to see a task through to completion
* The ability to work well independently and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Previous experience in the residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical industry
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
