**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
* **Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
* **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance by assisting with exterior and interior maintenance.
* **Complying with Company Policies and Procedures**: Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.
* **Basic Math Skills**: Ability to handle cash, operate a cash register, and perform basic math calculations.
