**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to provide top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or simply being a friendly face, you'll be the key to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement our customers' purchases and highlight current marketing promotions. Your goal will be to increase sales and drive revenue growth for arenaflex.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store Environment**: You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help us maintain our high standards.
* **Stocking Shelves and Coolers**: You'll assist with stocking shelves and coolers, as well as receiving deliveries to the store. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
**What We're Looking For:**
We're looking for a customer service-driven individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:
* **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience is required. Cash handling experience is a plus!
* **Flexible Schedule**: You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Results-Driven**: We're looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
* **TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates**: You'll need to be able to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
