As a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support, addressing their queries, and resolving issues efficiently. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Advisor with fluency in Norwegian and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our TV streaming customers. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and addressing contract and billing concerns. You will also be required to work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat to our TV streaming customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. - Deliver technical support to our customers, resolving issues related to our streaming services. - Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and professionally, ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. - Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. - Serve both B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support, providing solutions to their queries. - Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks, such as gathering feedback or making late payment calls. **Requirements** - **Service-oriented thinking with a focus on customer experience**: You will be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. - **Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English written and verbal (B2)**: You must be proficient in Norwegian and English to communicate effectively with our customers. - **Administrative and technical knowledge**: You should have a solid understanding of administrative and technical concepts to provide effective support to our customers. - **Outstanding communication skills and good listener**: You will be required to communicate effectively with our customers, listening attentively to their queries and providing solutions. - **Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service**: You should have prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. - **Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling**: You will be required to upsell and cross-sell our services to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. **Nice to Have** - **Experience with CRM system**: While not essential, experience with CRM systems will be beneficial in managing customer interactions and data. **What We Offer** - **Competitive salary**: We offer a competitive salary of 10,000.00 PLN gross monthly, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your hard work. - **Equal opportunities**: We believe in equal opportunities for all, regardless of age, gender, or other factors. Solidarności 171, Building B-3rd Flr. **Language Requirements** - **English**: You must be proficient in English to communicate effectively with our customers and team members. - **Norwegian**: You must be fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) to communicate with our Norwegian-speaking customers. **Time Type** We offer a flexible work schedule, with 8.5 hours of work per day, including breaks.
