**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to every customer, ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store
* Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase and highlighting current marketing promotions to drive sales growth
* Maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
* Stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality
* 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience preferred
* The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates
**Preferred Qualifications:**
