**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals. This is a fully remote position, and we're hiring for openings for our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers
* Ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time
* Maintaining performance levels to specified goals
* Working autonomously and in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
* Utilizing computer systems and technology to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and business performance
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Proficiency with computer systems and technology
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
