**What You'll Do:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
* Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to our open positions
* Analyzing professional profiles in job portals to find the best fit for our searches
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* A marked attention to detail in your daily work, ensuring accuracy and precision
* At least 1 year of previous work experience (although this is not a requirement, it's a plus)
* An advanced English level to communicate effectively with our global team
