As a hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with our team in our Greenwood Village, CO office. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to our customers while working closely with all members of our team. As a hybrid role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, creating a positive experience for each caller, and seeking to resolve any issues or concerns.
