We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our patients, providers, and medical staff. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing inbound calls from patients, providers, and medical staff in a call center environment under supervision.
- Executing outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-related services.
- Assisting callers with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, facility locations, and lab results.
- Resolving routine to complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documenting all calls with 100% accuracy and adhering to phone scripting and relaying information telephonically with 95% accuracy.
- Performing critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- One year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems.
- Six months of experience working in a call center environment.
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
- Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including holidays to support our 24/7 business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- One year of experience working in a healthcare environment in a call center or front desk position.
- Knowledge of insurance products.
Telecommuting Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll need to:
- Reside within a reasonable distance from careerzynith's office in Las Vegas, NV.
- Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Be able to receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to demonstrate customer service and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Listening, critical thinking, decision-making, telephone, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
careerzynith offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.94 per hour (Nevada Residents Only).
