**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, develop data-driven solutions, and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data models, and implement data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
* Develop data models and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Work with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
* 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
* Experience with data quality tools such as Google DataPlex, Collibra Information Quality, or SAS Information Management
* Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Bigquery, Hive, or Amazon Redshift
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
* 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Strong understanding of data governance and data security principles
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
