**Position Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a single point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support for a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries
* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance and support
* Continuously improving our processes and procedures to drive efficiency and excellence in customer service
**Required Qualifications**
* Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional communication skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments
* Capability to develop technical acumen and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies a plus
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
