**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team and participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. As a customer service representative agent, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, earn a competitive income, and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs. With most of our paid focus group studies, you'll have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, making it easy to balance your work and personal life.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
* Completing written and oral instructions provided by our team
* Completing written surveys for each panel
* Using products and/or services provided by our sponsors and partners, and being ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
* Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
* Participating fully in the discussion and providing honest feedback on the products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
* Access to a high-speed internet connection
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
