As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls, while providing top-tier customer support. You'll also assist in resolving concerns, running reports, coordinating with technicians, and supporting projects as assigned. **Key Responsibilities** • Dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls in a timely and efficient manner • Providing top-tier customer support via phone, email, and text message • Managing part warranties and ensuring customer satisfaction • Updating service boards and maintaining accurate records • Supporting the CSR lead and ensuring seamless communication • Resolving concerns and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Running reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Coordinating with technicians and supporting projects as assigned • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment **Requirements** • 5+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Prior CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge preferred • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in a remote setting with occasional travel to the 77095 area **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment • Knowledge of CRM software and CMMS systems • Familiarity with HVAC industry and terminology • Certification in customer service or dispatching **What We Offer** • Competitive hourly rate of $20-$24 • Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment • Remote work arrangement with occasional travel to the 77095 area • Opportunities for career growth and professional development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Culture** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
