**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment, responding to calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans.
* Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals.
* Assisting with payments and costs associated with new sales, packages, or upgrade purchases, as necessary.
* Answering calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about package specifics, and inquiring about their impending vacation.
* Verifying all trip and tour specifics related to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay.
* Assisting travelers with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package.
* Maintaining the confidentiality and protection of all personal information about our business and guests.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience.
* A strong sense of customer service, with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior.
* Proven comfort operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics.
* Dedication to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers.
* Eager, self-motivated, and a problem solver, able to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic digital literacy, and the capacity to operate multiple systems simultaneously.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Timeshare/hospitality background experience.
* Inbound/Outbound Call Center Environment experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
