As a Benefit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers via phone, helping them with inquiries related to their benefit card programs. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Benefit Card Support, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and customer inquiries * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle customer calls * Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions * Cross-training as requested to support team goals and objectives **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience (preferably in a call center or office environment) * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Must be 18 years of age * A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center or office environment * Familiarity with benefit card programs and customer support software * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office. careerzynith is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our team members.
