**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Korean Medicare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. If you're fluent in both English and Korean, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
* Handle primarily inbound calls from Medicare customers, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues
* Use active listening skills and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
* Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
* Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
* Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and support
* Use computer and web-based systems to navigate multiple systems and provide accurate information to customers
* Work from home, providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet with internet upload speeds of 20Mbps)
**Key Skills & Requirements**
* Fluency in both English and Korean
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to type 35+ WPM
* Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and teachable
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and provide accurate information to customers
* Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
* Willingness to complete a background check
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
**Requirements to Work from Home**
* Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
* Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
* A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work
