**Key Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer routine questions
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction

**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages with ease
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Open availability, including flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with reliable high-speed internet and a desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and navigate complex systems
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a willingness to adapt to new software and tools
* A desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements, including:
+ Operating System: Windows 10+
+ RAM: 8GB or higher
+ Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
* High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher, with a reliable connection that can support video conferencing and other online applications
