If you're passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and excited to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information * Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving * Identifying trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be: * A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and comes up with unique solutions * A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt their tone and style to suit different audiences * Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and able to juggle multiple tasks while remaining organized and attentive to detail * Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a knack for using keyboard shortcuts to boost productivity * Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision * Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to: * Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome) * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts * Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit:** While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus! **About Us:** At arenaflex, we're on a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
