**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving issues, and driving growth through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive business results
* Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and driving growth
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
