**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, email, and online tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and document customer contact information, hardware details, and other relevant data to ensure accurate issue resolution and future reference
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and provide proactive solutions
- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed

- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
