As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's products and services to ensure a seamless experience
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide expert-level support
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
